This site is pretty straightforward to navigate. While the search feature could use a bit more precision, I managed to locate my item without too much hassle. The pricing tool is really handy. Initially, I entered the wrong address, but it was a breeze to cancel the order and place it again, which made me feel really secure about the payment process.

Three strikes and you're done. I've seen a bunch of good reviews for this company, but my experience has been a real letdown. I tried ordering shoes twice, and both times my orders got canceled because they were out of stock. The third time was the charm, or so I thought. I placed another order for shoes, and my credit card (Capital One) was charged on 12/13/2022. The shoes arrived, but they didn't meet my expectations at all, so I sent them back on 12/21/22. I got a confirmation from Buyr.com on 12/27/22 saying my return was received and was being restocked, and they told me to give them at least 48 hours to process it. Fast forward to 01/05/23, and still no refund, so I reached out to Buyr.com. On 01/06/23, their reply was just absurd: "If the money isn't in your account, check with Capital One to see why they’re holding it." Seriously? A reputable credit card company doesn’t hold onto refunds like that. I ended up contacting my credit card company, and they were just as shocked by Buyr.com’s response. Now, my credit card company is disputing the charge. Honestly, I think places like eBay or Amazon offer way better service. This company seems to work with retailers that either have limited stock or are slow to process refunds.

I put in a fair offer for a jacket. Then, Buyr came back with a bid that was 20% lower than the promised price, urging me to place the order right away, which I went ahead and did. They charged my card instantly, but the next day, they informed me that the retailer had deceived them and the item was out of stock. First off, don’t hit my credit card until the item is actually shipped! Secondly, don’t claim something is guaranteed if it’s not!

Everything was decent. The customer support did a good job with communication. They don’t quite earn the full five stars since the estimate wasn’t as precise as it ought to have been; I was waiting for my package a week ahead of time.

I was informed that my package would show up on November 23rd, but it actually came on the 29th. I even attempted to cancel my order, but I was past the deadline.

It’s kinda like eBay where you can make an offer, and they either accept it or negotiate the price. Overall, it was a nice experience; the only downside was that shipping took a week for me. However, when I reached out to them, they shipped it the same day. So, to wrap it up, I’d totally recommend this site.
